This will be effectively IMMEDIATELY.
The graduate that has the best score, stands out the most and exemplifies what it means to be a recruit during boot camp will be promoted to the rank of PFC.
This means you will need to outdo EVERYONE score-wise. This will only affect one person, which means you'll need to fight hard for the advancement.
